Anonymous to Launch TYLER, WikiLeaks on Steroids

Posted in: Nyheter | Comments (0)

The Anonymous hacktivist community has released a new video to reveal the initiation of TYLER, an operation part of Project Mayhem 2012.

“With censorship bills being passed and bills that attempt to rid us of our freedoms that this country was founded upon the time has now come to act. We have devised a plan to bring forth the final act of the evolution,” the digitized voice says.

TYLER is described by the hacktivists as a form of protest against the United States government and its Cybersecurity Act of 2012.

“We now call upon the top hacktivists, coders, crypto anarchists, cypher punks, Non-violent Civil Rights activists, Internet Censorship and Freedom of Speech activists everywhere to collaborate to jointly BRAINSTORM IDEAS to develop TYLER,” they explained.

“TYLER is a massively distributed and decentralized Wikipedia-style P2P cipherspace structure impregnable to censorship. TYLER will improve where Wikileaks could not. In other words TYLER will be a Wikileaks on steroids.”

The activists reveal that on the symbolic date of November 5, TYLER will be out of beta testing and in the timeframe between December 12 and December 21, 2012, it will be put to use.

During this time, everyone who supports the movement is advised to gather as much information as they can on illegality, fraud and corruption and upload it to the new service.

At the end of the video statement, Anonymous warns that TYLER is only a small part of Project Mayhem.

The name of this particular phase of Project Mayhem 2012, Tyler, is most likely inspired by Tyler Durden, the character played by Brad Pitt in the movie Fight Club from 1999. It appears that Durden’s attitude is one that’s considered to be appropriate for this operations and its success.

55.000+ Twitter usernames and passwords leaked

Posted in: Nyheter | Comments (0)

Today anonymous hackers leaked more than 55.000 hacked twitter accounts username and password through Pastebin. It was very shocking to see such a massive number of Twitter accounts are hacked. Also celebrity accounts are hacked.

‘The micro blogging platform is aware of this hack and was taking necessary actions to save those people’s account from malicious activity’, said a Twitter insider.

It was huge, 55.000+ accounts has been hacked and it wasn’t possible to share such a huge pile of usernames and passwords in a single paste. So it took the hackers five Pastebin pages to leak the data. This hack is just an alert to other millions of Twitter users that they could be hacked anytime.

Unbelievable that Twitter isn’t taking any necessary steps to keep its users data safe. Even after encountering a huge number of hacks in the past including celebrities account. All they need to do is to add a password strength checker during signup while changing passwords. And guide the users to create a strong password. That could save a lot of users frustration.

To check if your account is hacked, go through this five Pastebin pages ( page 1 | page 2 | page 3 | page 4 |page 5 ) and to find your account easily just by using the find feature in your browser (CTRL+F) and type your email id.

Anti-Anonymous, Pro-FBI Hacker Takes Credit for Attack on The Pirate Bay

Posted in: Nyheter | Comments (0)

A hacker that goes by the name of Anonymous Saint, or Nyre, has taken credit for theattack that disrupted the activity of The Pirate Bay. He claims he is “Anonymous, but no longer supports Anonymous.”

“You must be wondering why did I attacked The Pirate Bay. I am Nyre. I am highly against Anonymous. I do not support Anonymous anymore. I sometimes help the feds,” he explained.

“The Pirate Bay was a press-release website for Anonymous, then I had a idea, why not take it down? Why not make it impossible for Anonymous? Get on your knees, Anonymous. I am a one-man army. I am not a hacker. I am a security killer,” he added.

It’s uncertain if this guy is really the one that has single-handedly managed to take down the famous torrent site, but one thing’s certain. He doesn’t like Anonymous at all.

While in his initial statement he claimed that he would try to keep The Pirate Bay down for a week, a few hours ago he changed his mind and allegedly stopped the attack, considering that he made his point.

“ThePirateBay was a main-press release point of Anonymous – Why not [upset] Anonymous when you got a chance?” he wrote a few hours ago. “Nuff’ attacking TPB, You can start sailing your ships now, Anonymous.”

As we’ve said before, we cannot verify if Nyre’s claims are true, but these days if you control a large enough botnet, there are a lot of things you can accomplish.

However, we would have expected something like a government, or the motion picture industry to be behind the attack on The Pirate Bay, not a single Anonymous-hater hacker.

In the meantime, while TPB is back online and functioning properly, another massive DDOS attack has been launched atWikiLeaks. The site has been experiencing difficulties for over 80 hours now.

Anonymous – Operation India Engaged

Posted in: Nyheter | Comments (0)

Citizens of India and World,
We are Anonymous.
We are a collective bent at serving free will and justice.

It has been known that the Government of India and its ministers are commiting Aristrocracy.
The idea of democracy remains an idea only.

We were and are watching closely on all activities of the Goverment and its ministers.
Many ministers were and are charged with severe cases of corruption.
They do not care.
They do not care for the injustice happening.
They do not care for the freedom being snatched.

The Government has been covering up its activities and hiding the facts from its citizens.
It has imposed IT Act which allows it to censor the internet as it seems fit.
None other than Department of Telecommunications need to be blamed.
One cannot block on purview of security concerns.

Free will is endangered.

We cannot allow this.
We will not tolerate it anymore.
We will retaliate.

Even if our methods may not seem fit, we won’t stop.
People should not be afraid of their governments.
Governments should be afraid of their people.
Our idea is of a truly free nation.
And an idea cannot be killed.
An idea cannot be hidden.
An idea cannot be CENSORED.

We have successfully compromised the security of many Government websites, as a means to show our aggresion against the injustice.
You can rest assured that no harm will be done to any of the sites. We won’t stop untill our demands are met.
We want all corruption charged officials to be punished severly.
We want the right to freedom of speech to mean more than words.
We want order to the chaos of democracy.
We want able people to lead the country not govern it.

Its time you wake up.
Its time you take charge.
Its time you say, ”Enough is enough”
Its time you change your fate.
Its time you show that this won’t go un-noticed.
Its time you take charge.

Its time for Operation India.
Join us if you may.

We are Anonymous.
We are Legion.
We do not forgive.
We do not forget.
Expect us.

Pirate Bay Under DDoS Attack From Unknown Enemy

Posted in: Nyheter | Comments (0)

With court-ordered ISP blockades popping up all over Europe, The Pirate Bay is no stranger to being silenced. However, for the last 24 hours the site has been largely inaccessible world wide due to a completely different type of censorship. After the site openly criticized Anonymous last week for DDoS’ing UK ISP Virgin Media, The Pirate Bay itself is now under attack.

Although Pirate Bay downtime happens a handful of times each month, it rarely persists for more than a few hours. When it goes beyond that the steady flow of reader emails to TorrentFreak quickly transforms itself into a torrent.

At the time of writing The Pirate Bay has been inaccessible to most of the world for nearly 24 hours and our ‘inbox’ is suffering. But it appears to be the timing of the downtime that has caused more people than usual to panic.

The root lies in the recent court-ordered censorship of The Pirate Bay in the UK. The country’s leading ISPs are required to block the site so millions of people were already expecting to have trouble accessing the domain. What they didn’t anticipate was the failure of the many published workarounds to resupply access to the site.

For those to work the site itself has to be working properly and currently it is not. While TPB is used to being censored by courts and ISPs, it is a little less used to being blacked-out by other means. TorrentFreak is informed by a Pirate Bay insider that the site is currently being subjected to a DDoS attack rendering it unavailable in many parts of the world.

Now, while we’re informed that the problem might be mitigated during the next few hours, the timing of this attack against the site is either ironic, ‘interesting’ or at the very least coincidental, depending on your viewpoint.

Just last week, The Pirate Bay openly criticized elements of the ‘Anonymous’ collective for carrying out a DDoS attack on Virgin Media, the first UK ISP to block access to The Pirate Bay.

“We do NOT encourage these actions. We believe in the open and free internets, where anyone can express their views. Even if we strongly disagree with them and even if they hate us,” said TPB in response to the DDoS attack against Virgin.

“So don’t fight them using their ugly methods. DDOS and blocks are both forms of censorship.”

Right now, whoever is attacking The Pirate Bay has achieved what no copyright or governmental authority anywhere in the world has – an almost complete disruption of the site’s operations on a global basis with no court order required.

But despite the DDoS there are still ways for people to access the site. A handful of theproxies set up to circumvent the ISP blockades still appear to work and, when all else fails, the crazy methods still work too.

The Pirate Bay Suffers (Local) Downtime

Posted in: Nyheter | Comments (0)

Yes, The Pirate Bay is down at the moment. No, not everywhere.

Every time The Pirate Bay suffers a few minutes for downtime, thousands of people start to worry that something awful has happened to their beloved site. Luckily, this is usually not the case.

When the site’s not responding someone probably tripped over a cable, they’re working on software upgrades, replacing hardware or facing another technical difficulty.

The current downtime appears to be a routing issue as the site is still reachable in many parts of the world.

That’s also good news for people who can’t access it at the moment, because many of the proxies are still working just fine.

We expect that the regular site will return within a few hours, and will update this post when we hear from the TPB tech guy.

”The Pirate Bay-grundare går vidare till Europadomstolen

Posted in: Nyheter | Comments (0)
